Well everyone, it's about time I said a few words here again. I've re-subscribed finally (woot!), and I've been tinkering around with the idea of doing some featuring in my journal, but then I thought, why journal when I can create a collection and give a promo slide-show on my page for a month. So I finally had a nice day (gorgeous, really) with no obligations, a reason to be awake, and a ready camera in hand. I took about 100 shots, and I'm pretty pleased. I ran around for about 2 hours chasing after subjects to trap in rectangles, and got to see just what's been happening all winter long while I've been hiding away from the cold. I have MISSED the out-of-doors badly.

So I finally got around to figuring out the difference between Gallery "Featured" and Gallery "Browse", and how to make things show where I want them too. It's amazing the things one learns at 2 am Ugh... I'm also learning to be more pro-active with my time on dA by doing a lot more browsing and commenting than I have in the past. Hopefully this will bring more of the same to my own profile, as I'm only a little desperate for people to tell me what they think of my work. May I also say I'm ashamed that my first 700 or so profile views would have yielded essentially nothing profitable to me or my viewers since this is my first year in five t
